How do vitamin infusions work?
An IV is an intravenous catheter inserted into a vein with the purpose of delivering fluids, nutrients, vitamins, and medications. Delivering directly into the bloodstream allows for maximum absorption because it bypasses the GI tract. The IV route is quick and effective at hydrating and gives your body immediate use of the vitamin.
What are the benefits of vitamin infusions?
Numerous! Infusions are chock-full of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, all of which our body requires. Some more common benefits include immunity boost, increased energy, better sleep, brighter skin, healthier hair and nails, decreased stress, increased metabolism, better mental focus, and clarity.

What is cryotherapy?
Cryotherapy is the science of exposing the body to sub-zero temperatures in order to stimulate physical and mental health benefits. The result is decreased immflamation, high metabolic and caloric burn, increased level of endorphins, and reduced stress. During your three-minute session your body will be exposed to temperatures as low as -140 degrees in order to promote recovery, performance, wellness, beauty, and weight loss.
What can I expect during my session?
Our chamber is located in a private room for only you. When you’re ready, step into the chamber with minimal clothing (slippers, socks, gloves, and shorts/top). At -110 degrees C, the temperature at the surface of your skin drops near freezing. This cues your body to activate simultaneous processes. Your blood circulation will improve, and the production of serotonin and endorphins (natural painkillers and feel-good substances) and anti-inflammatories start moving. Any toxins and metabolic residues are disposed of b the stronger flow of oxygen and nutrient-rich blood. Self-healing begins.
Is cryotherapy dangerous?
No. Our state-of-the-art chamber separates the liquid nitrogen from the cold air so that it is never in contact with your body. Our trained staff will assist you the entire time to maintain temperatures and monitor your comfort.
How long does it last?
A session is only three minutes long.
What if I want to stop?
You’re in full control. If at any point during your session you wish to stop then we will immediately end your session.
What do I wear during my session?
Underwear or loose fitting shorts, gloves and socks to protect your extremities from the cold.
Can I workout immediately after my session?
Absolutely. There is no down time after a session.
How many sessions do you recommend for best results?
We recommend 2-3 sessions per week for the first month to see results, and then one session every week or two to maintain maximum benefits. But every session has benefits. After just one session provides instant relief from inflammation and is good for energy boosts that will last for a full day.
